Well the admission process will most probably start in the month of June or July. Once the JEE mains and advanced is over. You need to wait for the merit list and ranks only and after that only you can apply for counselling.

For answering your question, you have provide the name of the institution you are taking about. Without that we can't tell you an exact date of admission procedure or counselling. Generally, these procedures happen in June-July. There will be about 2 weeks time for counselling or allotment after the rank list of the exam is published.
