Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will announce the notification on the official website

for admission into the different U.G & P.G courses. Start date for online application for January session for admission in various UG/PG courses including Msc in food safety and quality management for is 2nd week of Dec 2021 while Last date for Registration is 10th Feb 2022 tentatively.

Thank you ma'am, but the course can't be found on their website though they are saying that it has been launched.
