Till now JNTUK has not released any official news about AP Eamcet application form
There is a chance of releasing the application form tentatively at the fourth week of February 2021 until unless the official notification comes from JNTUK we can't give the information regarding the application

AP EAMCET 2021 application form is expected to commence from last week of February 2021. The application form will be made available in online mode. Candidates must have qualified 12th level examination from any recognised board or university with  Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their mandatory subject in qualifying exam are eligible to apply for AP EAMCET exam.

JNTU hasn't released the application form for AP EAMCET 2021, but it is expected that the authorities will release the application form for the same by last week of February, 2021, the last date to submit the form will in the last week of March 2021, so make sure once the form releases, you submit that before deadline, the correction window for application form will be opened in the first week of April.

The authorities will conduct AP EAMCET 2021 as a computer based test tentatively in the third week of April. To appear for the entrance exam, candidates will be required to fill out the application form of AP EAMCET 2021. The application form will be released in the last week of February tentatively in the official website. The admit card of AP EAMCET 2021 will be made available for the registered candidates tentatively in the third week of April. The authorities will provide the AP EAMCET 2021 edit facility to all the registered candidates. During the correction facility, candidates will be able to edit or modify the details entered at the time of filling the AP EAMCET 2021 application form.
