When will the Bcece start counselling for engineering 2019

Hi!
The BCECE entrance examinations were conducted on fourth week of April,2019. The results are likely to be announced in the third week of June. And after the announcement of the results the counseling registration will take place on the third and fourth week of July.

But as mentioned earlier by BCECE the counsilling will be based on jee mains rank or percentile??
