As you ask about when the LPU classes started so they lpu classes started by last of the July that is 27 to 29 July and and you can get information about that from College website...

No official notification has yet been released regarding the commencement of B.Tech. classes in IPU. So keep checking the official website of IPU regularly for any updates.
