According to the academic calender (year 2019-20) of Delhi University for undergraduate and postgraduate the classes are dated to begin on 20th July, Saturday, 2019.

You need to check the official website of respective college to confirm the date of orientation. So, stay in touch with the college official site to remain updated.

The classes are likely to start at the end week of july most probably by 19th or 20th of july. Well it depends on the orientation provided by the college to all the freshers. As soon as you get admission in a particular college you'll soon be informed about the orientation date and college opening session by the college.
