Well this question is not answerable right now. Due to COVID-19 pamdemic it is very difficult to answer this question seeing the current situation. As it is not the only the case of Telangna but the whole country is facing the same problem. Since the State Govt. has not confirmed the opening date of colleges but it is expected that the government will soon take the final decision on when should school and colleges in the State should open, how teaching should take place and other related issues, after examining the Centre Guidelines, methods adopted by other states.

So whenever they will issue any guidelines you will get to know it for sure .
