When will the colleges start for 1st year students in kerala?

Dear Rahul,
No government have issued any notification regarding to the reopening for college yet neither central nor state, but UGC has given the guideline that universities may open their campuses from 1 october in online/offline/mixed mode, its totally totally depends upon the university/institute. Till then you can just only wait for the further notification given by your university or state government. Even you also know that the condition of Kerala is to worse so at this time they can't even think to reopen any institute.
