Hello Aspirant,
According to your profile you belongs to Maharashtra state and if I am not wrong you were asking about Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra (DTE, Maharashtra).
As Maharashtra is in alarming situation at present and even after so many phases of lockdown situation of COVID-19 is not under control due to which all educational institutions are closed since March 16th.
