when will the entrance exam for MSc Zoology will start in MSU and what's the pattern and syllabus for the same?

Hello,

The entrance test for MSc Zoology will be conducted on 4th July from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm,

the entrance test will have 100 marks in MCQs format, for each correct question one mark is awarded, and in case of incorrect attempt 0.25 mark is deduced for each one, the syllabus will be based on BSc Zoology of MSU, Baroda consisting of the following topics;

  • Animal adaptations and associations
  • Animal biotechnology
  • Animal care and management
  • Animal physiology
  • Animal systematics
  • Biophysics & Biostatistics
  • Cell biology
  • Developmental biology
  • Diversity of animals
  • Ecology & Environmental biology
  • Economic zoology

  • Immunology
  • Instrumentation
  • Molecular biology
  • Organization of animal bodies
  • Physiological chemistry
  • Wildlife biology and Conservation
  • Zoogeography
