Hey, I think you have mistaken about the course. There are no B.COM courses in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. The courses that they provide are in the link below, please check it out.

Application form is available for commerce courses. IPU CET 2019 is conducted for all steam of exam of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

A valid score in IPUCET is mandatory to secure admission in B.Sc (Nursing) & B.Sc (MLT), BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Voc, B.Ed & BJMC courses.
