When will the JIPMER counselling begin?

Here’s the table of round-wise counselling schedule for JIPMER 2017.

Candidates not appearing in 1st round will not be eligible in 2nd or 3rd round & candidates not appearing in the 2nd round will not be eligible for 3rd round. For open round of counselling, candidates can appear irrespective of their attendance in the previous rounds.

All the necessary information regarding the necessary documents for verification (especially for candidates who are seeking admission through quota) and payment of fees is conveyed through the official website . Original certificates which you carry for counselling will also be required for confirming your seat.

Counselling process of JIPMER is conducted in offline mode in three to four rounds as per the requirement. The names of candidates who qualify JIPMER entrance exam and also get shortlisted in the merit list, are published on the official website of JIPMER. Counselling for JIPMER usually begins by the end of June, and is followed by a second round in July. If seats are left vacant after these two rounds, then a third round of counselling is held in the month of August and finally, an open counselling round is held in the month of September.
