NTA will release two types of ranks namely All India Rank (AIR) and All India Quota (AIQ) rank and subsequently prepare two merit lists viz.  All India merit list and 15% AIQ merit list.

The same lists are provided to respective counselling conducting authorities. The list will carry the names of the candidates having a score more than the minimum qualifying percentile

You can access the merit list of NEET 2019 by visiting the official website of NTA NEET. NEET counseling will be conducted on the basis of All India Rank and Score. Seats will be allotted as per the reservation policy stipulated for the medical exam. The merit list will soon be released after the registration process of counseling.
