Hello aspirant,
BSc nursing admission is not conducted through NEET scores. For nursing courses, there are other exams. Usually, a lot of colleges conduct their own entrances, instead of accepting NEET scores for BSc nursing courses. Please do make sure you have appeared for the correct exams to secure admission in BSc nursing course.
