when will the new education policy come into effect for colleges

The New Education Policy has multiple exit plans for students studying in college. It was approved by the Union Cabinet of India on 29 July 2020. The sudden implementation of any new policy is a little bit difficult. It is said that the New Education Policy would be implemented by the year 2030.
