St. Xavier's College, Mumbai offers several UG/PG courses, admission to which are done either by merit of qualifying examination or on the basis of entrance test.

Admission for B.M.S.& B.M.M. is based on both, entrance test and the class 12 aggregate marks.

Admissions to B.Sc. (I.T.) will be based on the marks scored in Mathematics at the Class XII Board Exam.  Hence, there is no Entrance Test for B.Sc. (I.T.) admissions.

For M.A. in Ancient Indian Culture and Archaeology, an Entrance Test is held for students from faculties other than Arts and for students from other Universities.

For the rest UG and PG courses, the admissions are on the basis of merit prepared from previous qualification.

As of date, University has not decided any schedule of admissions to any class/courses/subjects offered by our college for the new academic year 2020-21.
