when will the pre-admission for mumbai university for ug course for 2021-22 will start....?i can't find any uptate about it on its official website

There is no official notification released till now regarding when exactly the pre-admission for mumbai university will commence, it was expected to start by this month but we are already in the middle of July, the delay has been result of the pandemic, also 12th board exam results are to be out by this month, hence you can stay updated at the official website at https://mu.ac.in/admission to exact details pertaining to admission process.
