the mbbs course usually commences in mid july or first week of august though it variates for each state, depending upon their respective counseling process. i hope this solves your query, for any doubt regarding the same, you can drop it in the comment section given below.

It is same for every College to start MBBS classes after 3rd counseling...
.
And you haven't mentioned state or college you have joined or willing to join for providing you details
.
3rd counseling dates are starting from 25th of july and ends on 27th of july, document verification is on 6th August ..
.
So according to this information college will Start its syllabus within 15 to 25 days immediately after completing 3rd counseling for sure..

If u have a seat from particular college, you can visit college official website for its information and mostly co-student,worker or present working faculty can Only answer exact date.
