When will UPSEE application form realeased?

Hi
As per the source , appilcation form will be released on first week of January 2019 through online mode .
Candidate can fill the application form till 3rd week of March 2019.
Exam will be conducted on 21st April 2019.
Fee for application
Male/For gen or OBC - 1300
Female / SC/st/pwd - 650.
