    Hello Rahul

    Public Interest Litigation or PIL was devised to increase access to justice. It can be filed in the Supreme court or the High Court for the protection of Public Interest.
    If any person wants to file PIL, he/she need to collect all the documents and relevant information for the case. They can also consult an Advocate.
