    You can apply for Indira Gandhi National Open University for master of arts in English even if you do not have done bachelor's degree in English subject. The most basic eligibility criteria of Indira Gandhi National Open University states that you must have completed a bachelor's degree in any specialisation for being eligible for master of arts in English. However you must have completed your bachelor's degree in any specialisation from recognised University.
