First of all congratulations for getting good score in neet out if 720 you got 520 and you have not mention your category anyways every year the cutoff will change.These year also it will change basically the cutoff is based if number of applicants attend for the exam, difficulty of question paper and highest marks getting on exam may be you can get a college based on your home quota(Himachal pradesh) through these link you can check

These year the aiims exam is also cancelled due to this the competition if getting a seat is much difficult when compared to last year because they are giving seats based in the neet score only.

Admisison cut off for colleges change every year based on variety of factors and they vary from state to state and colleges to colleges. So, nothing can be predicted with surety. However, if we go by the trends in the recent years, you do have some chance of getting admission in Madhya pradesh government colleges through All India quota and one or two other states too. But you can't be sure of that. With your home state quota, you do have great chance in getting government colleges in HImachal Pradesh.
