Where can i get residence certificate of 10 years (with exact month and years ) if i am a non local candidate in telangana ? as it is required during ts eamcet/NEET counseling.

Hope you are doing well,

Following are the documents that are needed for the admission in government medical college through government quota, you need to have these documents ready prior to your results which will save you from the future hassle during admission

  • 10th and 12th marksheet
  • NEET admit card or hall ticket
  • NEET result card or score card
  • Birth certificate
  • Cast certificate
  • Aadhar card
  • Character certificate issued by the recently attended school or college
  • Migration certificate
  • Domicile certificate

Check their official website to know about the other documents that are needed along with the above mentioned documents

Residence certificate/domicile certificate is certificate to recognize the residence of the citizen in that particular state. This is issued by the Revenue Department Officer under the respective Taluk Office.

You can apply for resident certificate in Telangana online as well as offline. I have mentioned below detailed steps to apply for resident certificate.

Offline -

  • visit the nearest Meeseva centre or tahsildar office of your area
  • Fill out and submit the application form with required documents attached
  • After submission you will be provided with application number and transaction ID. Through which you can track your application status online on MeeSeva portal.
  • After the documents verification process they will issue resident certificate within a week.

Online -

  • Visit the online MeeSeva website.
  • Login after registering yourself on the platform
  • Fill out the application form for resident certificate
  • Attach the necessary documents specified in the prescribed format.
  • Proceed for payment
  • After making the payment, you will receive the acknowledgment receipt as well as the Certificate Delivery Date.
  • After the successfully completetion of document verification you will be provided the resident certificate within a week.

  • Electricity bill/House tax/Telephone bill
  • Aadhaar card/Ration card/EPIC card
