Where can I get the format of application form to change my father's name's spelling in my 12th marksheet ? It is not available in CBSE website.

The process of getting the father's name changed in the 12th class marksheet is a difficult and lengthy process. Firstly, you will have to talk to the principal of your school about this matter. She will then ask you to submit an application.
What your application should contain?
Your application should be apologetic and well written. It should clearly state the cause of the mistake in your father's name or thd reason for the change. Your principal will tell you who it should be addressed to. You will also be required to attach with it id proof that will prove your father's real correct name. You also might require to get an affidavit made, in case of change in name.
Your application will be forwarded by your principal and you might also require to pay a fee too.
