where do arunachal pradesh students give examination location or whether they have to itanagar to give exam for 2021 .Is it only possible to apply for NTSE Exam only through school

Hello student
For NTSE exam of Arunachal Pradesh student have to appear for their exam in 2020 in the month of November and 2021 in the month of June the the venue ofexam will be in Itanagar in chimpu 2.
There is no scope for appearing examination through School of Arunachal Pradesh
Only the students who have cleared class 9 examination with 60% marks and promoted to class 10 is eligible for appearing in the NTSE exam which is a national level exam.
