Dear Juman, the final registration process will begin today i.e 21st February. However it hasnt begun yet. It should begin anytime by evening. Login to the official website to check if the registration process is available. If you haven't generated the code the last time, you need to wait until February 23rd to generate the code and then proceed with the final registration process. However, if you have the code handy, watch out for the process to begin.
