Where i get a seat in fisat at govt quota if i secure 16457 th rank in keam??

Your Rank is 16745 and with that rank, there are no chances for you to get FIT under govt quota for State Merit category, but you can try for Electronics and Instrumentation there are chances that you got a seat into FISAT.
But if you are from categories like VK SC or any other category other than SM then there are chances you get a seat into a FIT. You can also search on Google for phase allotment list.
