Correct Answer: Thar Desert

Solution : The correct answer is Thar desert.

In India mushroom rocks are found in Thar desert region in Rajasthan. Mushroom rocks are Aeolian landform, i.e they are formed by the action of winds on the rocks. It is an erosional landform and also called as rock pedestals. In desert areas fast wind blows at a certain height from the ground because of which big rocks are eroded from the bottom, giving it a umbrella like shape. These rocks are called as mushroom rocks.
