I think both the colleges fall in the same league. Both the colleges have learned faculty and focus on providing good education to students.

Bhavans Vivekananda college has an average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum and highest package of 6 lakhs per annum with companies like Deloitte, Franklin & Templeton, FactSet, Amazon visiting their campus.The fees is INR 70000 per annum. 

For Siva Sivani Institute of Management, the average package is around 4 lakhs per annum and highest package around 8-10 lakhs per annum with companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Karvy, TCS visiting their campus. The fees for two years at Siva Sivani is 6.5 lakhs Rs. 

Hence, both have almost same placements, good faculty and similar set of companies visiting their campus. If you want good ROI then choose Bhavans Vivekananda College. However if ROI isn't a factor for you to consider then you might go for Siva Sivani College as they have slightly better placements.
