Where is it better to study civil engineering aboard or in India?

Abroad universities are better in terms of academics as well the learning process. It will always be good to study from abroad and if you want to do civil engineering then countries such as Japan, USA, Australia are better.

In India IIT's also provide excellent curriculum and is obviously gonna cost you less than abroad universities.

If you can crack the IIT exam then it will give you higher opportunities.

It's also upto you as in India there are only few colleges which provide good opportunities for civil engineering.
