MPSC DySP postings may depend on vacancies at different places,your home district and your past experience .Mostly people are allotted nearby rural area to your home town in the initial years also in the probation period most of the important areas are covered which gives good exposure to probationers and most of the times, young officers are not directly posted to a big city because of their less exposure to administration. So mostly it will be rural towns.
