The jee mains syllabus will be almost same every year, there is a possibility of very little changes., like excluding some topics, but almost same.
The jee mains 2020 syllabus is not yet announced officially.
It will be announced after the completion of jee mains 2019 and when the notification gets out/just before it.

You are looking for a syllabus of an exam which hasn't released the notification yet. So you will have to wait for the NTA to release the notification. But if you want you can consult the JEE mains syllabus of 2019. Usually it is a trend that the syllabus is constant. There are hardly any changes except for the exceptional cases. So I think the syllabus of JEE mains 2019 will work the same for you as JEE mains 2020.
