you can not approach any one for this process as the seat will be alloted to you as per your rank adn only thhose colleges will alot you a seat if you have score the eligible score as per their college only. adn for the doccumnet verification the centre will be given to you online as per the rank. they divide the ranks and provide you the centre for the doccument verification. all the best have a great future ahead.
