Definitely you should go with NIT surat with the above branches which you displayed here because getting NIT is better than getting VIT.

Thank you SirBut my relatives are telling that CSE is better in today's world. So can you tell which one is better for placements and packages.

Nishant don't do these type of blunder mistake that if someone tell this branch is important then you will also go with that one....believe me it won't enhance your skill. If you want to be a perfect and well structured engineer then take that branch only which you finds interesting. All branches will have fame and money the only thing which you have to do is to work for it in your real world rather than imaginary world.
Listen to everyone's choice but only follow you're heart choise only.
Take the branch for not only earning money but also you have to give to the society as well by solving real life engineering problems and that only possible when you go with your intrest work.
