where we can get easily admission? in bba or b.comm?
Hi,
BBA and B.com both are commerce related courses to pursue after class 12th. Both the courses are for 3 years each.
For your better understanding. I'll explain them separately.
- BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. BBA is a professional degree majorly focused to increase or enhance the business skills and knowledge related to business and market scenario. This course will provide you with the knowledge of management and business hierarchies and different roles of businesses.
BBA has major subjects like Sales Management, Finance, Marketing, International Business Management, Project Management, IT, Business Economics etc.
The admission for BBA is also done as per the scores in entrance exams. College and Universities like Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(GGSIPU), Christ University, Narsee Monjee, Symbiosis etc. are considered best for BBA. They conduct entrance exams every year.
- B.com on the other hand stands for Bachelor of Commerce. B.com is also divided into 2 categories. B.com Pass and B.com H . Both of them are almost similar with little bit differences on the subjects they have. This course is done by those who are interested to make their careers in the field of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Chartered Accounting, Company Secretory etc.
B.com has subjects like Taxation, Law, Economics, Accounting, Company Law, Marketing Management etc.
Universities like Delhi University, St. Xaviers, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) are some of the best for B.com.
The admission criteria for both the colleges is 12th passed with Commerce as stream. Both of them are considered as highly regarded courses and the admission will be in some cases dependent on entrance or cut offs or both.
In my opinion you can easily get admission in BBA as It majorly requires you to give an entrance examination and your selection is also dependent on the performance of the entrance examination, While B.com on the other hand requires to have good percentage in class 12th as eligibility for some universities. BBA will also be easy as It does not have all mathematics and accounts like B.com. It has other business related subjects as well. Also a BBA degree can help If you have entrepreneurship plans, If you want to start your own business or a startup.
BBA degree combined with MBA will also help you land good placements with higher salary packages. Also If you are looking to do a job after BBA you can easily get into marketing as well as sales, Public relations jobs in any reputed organization with good salary options as per your skills and knowledge.
Thanks
