tamil nadu counseling process will be done in offline mode and it will get started in 1st july-5th july. and counseling will be done seprately for the diffrent category candidates. centre will be alloted to you as per the rank. and the date when you have to visit. as well as if you belomg to diffrent category then you  have to visit for the doccument verification also. all the best have a great futute ahead.
