Whether 432 marks and 55055 ranked candidate can get admission in govt mbbs college?

Yes you have a long shot at a govt college with a decent state rank, which state are you from? In case you plan on applying to govt colleges throught the all India counselling, sorry to be so frank but a govt college will not be a possibility for you. But do consider the private colleges, many of them are good.
