Whether 75% is for total or for each subject separately or only for PMC totally/ separately in case of +2 course for getting IIT admision?

It is calculated after average of total aggregate score.

The overall percentage should be greater than 75%

For the admission in NIT ,IIT,GIFTS students must be scored more than 75% in 12th board exam  and in top 20 percentile.

For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class XII.
