Yes both PSG Institute of Management and PSG college of Technology accepts scores of TANCET for MBA admissions. The cutoff for PSG Institute of Management is somewhere near 35 and that of PSG college of Technology is somewhere near 53. But they accept scores of other management entrance exams also like CAT /MAT and ATMA. So you can go through any of these options.
