Yes, there are campus selections from the colleges..

Campus Placements are composed by the college or university itself. Essentially you need to do a few customs like filling the placement forms and different things while some different universities have made it necessary to show up in these exercises. 

After this there are following stages in a large portion of the organizations which are depicted underneath - 

1) Written test 

2) Easy Writing (it doesn't include in your scores) 

3) Technical test or technical interview 

4) Hr round
