Both the colleges BVRIT HYDERABAD and HITAM HYDERABAD are good and BVRIT is better than HITAM.

You can go with BVRIT if you are interested in biomedical because interest is every thing and you will do better in future. But one think you will take remember that the job in biomedical engineering are very less. You will have to do M.TECH so you will get a job or become a professor after PhD.

Now a days there are lots of job in ECE department. You can do job in IT sector and you know currently if you know programming then you will sure get a job.

And if your programming is very good then you can get a job in Amazon, Flipkart, Google , Microsoft etc in future. These companies are dream company for any softwere engineers.

And if you will choose ECE then you can make future in Machine Learning(ML) and Artificial Inteligency(AI).

And i am feeling very pround that google itself support AI and ML.

In future there are really huge amount of job present for AI and ML for engineers who prepare for these jobs.

I will recommend you to go with ECE department so will not face more problem in future and you will get a job easily.
