Yes, as per recent UGC guidelines candidates are allowed to pursue two degree courses provided one is through regular mode and another through distance mode from a recognized university, hence if you wish to pursue BEd through regular mode and MA through distance learning then it's valid and you can definitely apply for any jobs pertaining to recruitment of teachers, it can be CTET or state level TETs also, to answer your question two degree programs can be definitely pursued at the same time, you can go ahead with your choice.
