Hello,
According to the official site of Orissa directorate of medical, the college is not mentioned in the participating colleges and thus it's not cleared to take admission as of now. Only the bhubaneshwar Hi-Tech has been mentioned and thus admission will be taken only in that college, as of now.

I would suggest you to contact official from college only for better clarification.

Sir but the site is not updated perhaps as 4 new govt. colleges are not included.. And on other hand nobody is picking up the call in hi-tech MCH rourkela

I know about the updation, but the fact is this is the only official statement available on internet. You can also try to contact the directorate directly to confirm about it.
