Dear Aspirant,
OBC Creamy layer is for the people who are born into OBC caste but now have earned enough to give up their reservation of OBC. Therefore, those with the OBC-Creamy layer category will be considered general and are not entitled to any reservations or scholarships to OBC candidates.
