It depends on college.
Government college will not allow you .Talking about private colleges they also won't allow but at the time of admission you can would have to talk to them it is all up to them and there decision you can write an application and tell about your problem .you can also take guidance of the college staff and get details about your fees and payment mode they will surely help you out.
