No you can't get admission

Admission to BAMS and BHMS is only through AYUSH counselling on the basis neet scores. The MCI conducts AIQ NEET counselling only for MBBS and BDS courses.

Soryy but No, you need to have a state domicile to be eligible for the 85% MBBS seats in the participating states.
