whether physical and fitness test are same both technical and ground duty candidates. if i apply for accounts position what would be the way of fitness test

Yes physical and fitness test are almost same. Training for technical and ground duty is almost same, for technical they will have different technical classes and for Ground Duty they will be given according to department. For accounts also you will have to keep good physical health and training for account department is not different from ground duty, it comes under ground duty only.
