Whether second round of counselling will be there for MBA admission on the basis of Marks obtained in Tancet 2018?

As per the recent notification by the authorities, there is no such news of the second round of counselling on the basis of marks obtained in TANCET 2018.
The cutoff ranks and scores have already been mentioned and the candidates eligible have been called for the counselling accordingly.
