Yes of course any student can take admission in any college of india on the condition of his passing criteria for that college.

Hey Ansh.

Students from other states can also apply for BCECE 2018. They are perfectly eligible for it. But the other state candidates do not have the benefit of availing any kind of reservation in it. Only Bihar students can apply for reservation in BCECE.
