Hello Sandhiya!
In 2011, Architecture was chosen to be the toughest course by the Guinness Book of World Records due to large number of university exams, assignments, projects and internships. My brother is himself a student of architecture and I get to see the hard work first hand.
Architecture is a five- year long course, including 6 months of internship in any firm that usually takes place at the beginning of the fourth year. It is largely a practical subject and therefore, projects and assignments are very regular. AutoCad, model making, thesis review, site- studies, site- visits are the things that surround the B.Arch course. Nonetheless, everything is achievable with hard- work and persistence. And that is what B.Arch students do. While, there might be a large number of assisgnments, one does it in the company of fellow batchmates and this way, things become a lot easier and more fun. So if you have got a passion for designs and infrastructure, don't let it die down by getting worried about the obstacles and difficulties. Obstacles and difficulties are parts of our daily life; if you avoid one, you land on another. So, don't run away from them, rather face them with courage and determination. and enjoy the process.
